Please Do not use this company's services. There are misleading customers with their advertisement. They have indicated that " Rental fee is on a per day basis" but actually is not. They are charging extra fee for every hour extended when we had consumed 8hours use of the van. How can you trust a company service like this when they are not even following the rules agreed on the contract. I will never use their service again. For all who plans to get a car rental or any services please DO NOT contact this company.

I was really dissapointed with the service I had with this CAR Rental Company. They have poor customer service, broken cars and charges more of what has been agreed on the contract. They are not issuing receipts which means that they are ILLEGAL. Refuse to return the deposit which has not been used up. Not answering the complaints just to get away with their mistake. I will NEVER EVER use any of their service again. TO ALL: DO NOT USE ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. THIS COMPANY IS A BILKER.

This company is a SWINDLER. They are not following the service agreement and refuse to return the amount which should have been refunded to the customers for their car rental lapses. They are using broken cars in order to have excuses for delivering the car late. Whenever asked with the reason why they will not refund the deposit which should be collected from them, Angelo, John Paul or Marileen will just hang up the phone or reject the calls ---- Very Rude and Unprofessional. WARNING: Do not use their car rental or any of their services for they are just a SCAM...

This company is a big scam and ripoff.  They will rent you a car only to change it if they find another customer who will pay more.  They are constantly late delivering late delivering the car.

After so much frustration, they refuse to return deposit for the remaining days they weren't able to provide a car.

Strong warning not to use this service.  They have multiple postings on sulit.com but its all the same scam company.
